Mary G. Notaro has been exclusively practicing in the area of matrimonial and family law for over 30 years. Prior to forming Moses Richards Notaro & Tankha, LLP (formerly Moses Ziegelman Richards & Notaro, LLP), Mary was a partner at Rosenthal Herman & Notaro, P.C.
Mary has extensive experience representing clients in all aspects of litigation, as well as negotiating and drafting settlement agreements, prenuptial agreements and post-nuptial agreements. She has advised clients in all areas of family law including, equitable distribution, spousal support, child custody, child support, relocation, domestic abuse and post-judgment issues. Mary is adept at providing creative solutions to difficult issues.
She has served on the Matrimonial Law Committee at the New York City Bar Association for many years and is a member of the New York City Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the Women’s Bar Association, where she has participated in the pro bono program. Since 2014, she has been honored by her peers with a New York Super Lawyers designation.
Mary is a graduate of New York Law School and was admitted to the New York State and New Jersey State Bar in 1992.
